My journey began in Swakopmund, Namibia at the age of 13. Over four decades later, I remain passionately committed to the core values of karate: respect, discipline, and balance.

As a competitor, I’ve proudly represented South Africa on numerous occasions—earning titles across kata and kumite. As a referee, I hold multiple qualifications including KSA A Class and Continental C Class.

With over 44 years of experience, I continue to dedicate myself to the development of traditional Tenshinkan Karate, guiding students to excel on and off the mat.
